The creative director and founder of Kyadona, is Congolese, born and raised in China. Established in 2023 and based in Shanghai, Kyadona pays homage to Congolese culture by incorporating traditional textiles and beading of the Luba kingdom into contemporary designs. With a strong foundation in embroidery, tailoring, and creative direction, Kya artfully blends traditional influences with bold and classical touches, redefining her definition of couture.
